Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CamperFix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamperFix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
